Unauthorized billing

I've seen the previous compalintsboard.com and am adding mine - my credit card got charged! When I googled the company name, I found these complaints. Warning. This scam charged my credit card.

I called the telephone number and got a very pleasant person. I was told the record showed the 'order' was placed online on January 1. The card wasn't charged until February 26.

The shipment was sent on March 5 and I received it March 9. Presumably, this was supposed to be my SECOND bottle. It was my first.

The pleasant person on the phone said my credit card will be credited and the auto-ship subscription is canceled. We'll see!
