Weight Loss Systems has begun fraudulently charging my credit card $34.84 each month for a product which I have never requested.

During the first week of February I received an unsolicited bottle of "CarallumaExtreme w/green tea" in the mail. The white plastic bag that the bottle of capsules showed a return address of 1155 W. Pioneer Blvd. Suite 103-211, Mesquite NV 89027.

There was no paperwork enclosed in the package, only the bottle of capsules. The following telephone number and website are printed on the bottle: 877-763-5283

On March 3rd, I noticed the unexpected charge of $34.84 posted 2/28 on my credit card activity report. I looked back through the previous statements and found another identical change posted 1/28. The charges on my credit card show a phone number of 800-404-3870 and also include, "Caralluma Provo UT. "I never requested this product and never authorized this company to charge my credit card.

On March 3rd, I called the 800 number associated with the charges twice. A voice recording indicated that all their reps were busy and that my call would be answered shortly. After another couple minutes, the voice system prompted me to leave a message. I left my name, phone number, and requested they return my call to discuss these unauthorized charges. My call remains unreturned.

I also contacted my credit card company on March 3rd and explained the situation to them. They agreed to "temporarily" credit my account for the amount of the charges and to open an investigation. I was told they would contact me by mail about the investigation.
