The worst co. Of all occasions. Was approved for modification. Delivered one payment and was willing to send the next one after i obtained a notice within the mail stating our change was denied. Exactly what a couple of crap. Asc mentioned they weren't going to foreclose but i received a letter stating they'll start foreclosure on april 30th.
