Global Financial ripped me off 221.95 on March 3 still have yet to recieve my credit card with limit of 2,500.00 Internet

In Febuary I recieved a phone call from a telemarketer named christa from global finacial. I was promised a visa or mastercard with a limit of 2,500.00 plus 100.00 in free gas and 500.00 in free groceries for a one time fee of 221.95 the card was to be 0% interest and 0% annual fees.

On March 3 my one time fee of 221.95 was taken from my checking account I have yet to recieve any information on my global financial credit card. I was given a tracking # and a phone number 1-800-664-1315. When I call this number they tell me they are just affilates and do not acually handle the accounts itself so I am to call this other number 1-866-411-4466 to give them my tracking number.

When I call this number it does not work. Most of the time it has a busy signal when you do actually get through they advertise they web address of globalfinacial.cc and to allow time for your two welcome packages to arrive.

I called the other day and the lady said their shipping department was behind and I should have it this week still nothing. I'm a 23 yr old mother, my husband and I just wanted to establish some credit it sounded to good to be true but I was taken for 221.95 please HELP me get my money back!!!
