Ripped me off for $229.95 telling me i would recieve a $2,500.00 dollar visa-credit card that never came. Consumer fraud ripoff dirty SOB's nation wide

This Global Financial Company called me telling me that i was elagable for a $2,500.00 dollar visa-credit card that would help me rebuild my credit & all they would need is $229.95 dollars to get this started, me being stupid enough to fall for this, I said ok. They took this out on 4/1/03. Gave me this tracking number a toll free number 866-411-4466, that no one answers, I am on Welfare & have 7 children & a wife to feed, and now they are starving becuase of my mistake. If anyone could help me locate this global financial rippoff company please we can try to get our money back, these people are going after poor people that do not have money to begin with. If you have any info to where Glabal financial account where our money went, that wouled be helpful so i can call the FBI & let them know to start looking for these ripp-offs.
