Ripoff fraudulent credit card offer scam for $187.00 New York, New York

My story is essentially the same as the others. I was promised a credit card with a $1000.00 credit limit. Reassured when I hesitated for the amount of money they were charging, that it would indeedbe $1000.00 credit limit. More than a month later I receved the "packet" Wasn'tadvised of a packet at first. Was told later the card would be inthe packet. Nothing in the packet, but an application. Was told later there is no guarantee of any particular credit limit. They have not refunded my money. $187.00 is the amount that I am out
