Ripoff said approved for credit card had to pay $187.00 up front no card no help

In January 04 Tina called to let me know I had been approved for a credit card to help me restore my credit. All I had to do was pay $187.00 and I would have my card within 30 days.in Feb. I called and they didnt know what had happened and they would be sending my packet out.in May I called again still no "packet". Today I called wanting my $187.00 back and they said I would have to fill out the application which was supposively sent to me priority mail in my "packet" which i had never gotten. So today Marylin faxed my application so that I could fill it out and fax it back which I DID NOT DO thank goodness and since it had been over 60 days the "Management" would have to decide whether or not I would get my money back.
