Ripped off and Scamed City, NY dishonest ripoffs

My husband & I unforchantly have bad credit and Prime One Benefits knew that. They called my husband one night to offer him this great deal that has turned out to be bogus.

My husband was offered a gauremteed credit card with $1000.00 limit and that upon receipt of our membership fee of $187.00 we would be issued this credit card with in 20- 25 days. With in that time frame we did not get a credit card we got a benefits package.

I called the company only to find out that you have to fill out a credit card app online or from the packet. There was no credit card app in the packet so they faxed on to my office. We filled it out and proptly returned it by fax knowing that we would have our credit card with in 10 days.

I was also informed on the phone that we would be issued a credit card with up to $1000.00 credit limit not the $1000.00 that was promissed ot my husband orignially. We did however recieve a letter from prime one about a week later with a prefilled out credit card application to Orchard Bank reqiring a $200.00 dollar security deposit. I could have done that myself I did not need there help.

Today (6/19/03) I went to the BBB web site to fine that this company has mislead many people. As well as I found a email address to a Paul Price the owner. I sent an email today to Prime One requesting that they refund our money immedietly and the I forwarded the same email to the president only to have the email returned undeliverable.

I would hope that whoever reads this will learn from ur mistake however I will win in the endwith a return of my money.
