PCFS Financial poor customer service, poor record keeping taking my money

PCFS says have many months where I didn't make a mortage payment all of this is false. I have copies from my bank of every check that they cashed why was I put in collections?
There customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
They actually yelled and swore at me couldn't or wouldn't allowed to speak to supervisor.
Its not my fault there records don't show the payments. But I have to get copies from my bank at 5.00 apiece. I'm very upset.
