Placed insurance on our property when we already have coverage

We refinanced our residence with Flagstar 1.in December after distributing insurance paperwork often, they drive-put flood insurance on our residence and included the quality to the monthly mortgage transaction. Easily don't spend the "extra quality" area of the cost, they deliver me to some variety company, then deliver us info on foreclosure.

You will find 76 apartments within our building and every additional mortgage business has approved the HOA flood insurance policy. Flagstar may be the only lender that's not approved the protection. They're an overall total ripoff!!! They'll not inform me what I want written down, but demand that i contact a toll-free range. I obtain a diverse "assistant" each time that has no idea what Flagstar is seeking. The leader of our home management organization and also the insurance professional for that HOA ton plan do not know why Flagstar won't take our protection both. I've also voiced with this normal bank team and USAA insurance—no body knows why Flagstar won't take our protection.
