Marshall Reddick Seminars
(specifically Mr. Marshall Reddick & Mr. David Stayner) They advised, endorsed and sold a product that has turned out badly for the investors

Business & Finance

Mr. Marshall Reddick and Mr. David Stayner endorsed an investment in a fund called Secured Loan Fund. This fund was supposed to be a very secure investment that held 1st lien positions on mortgages & real estate loans and the fund was supposed to never invest into property with more than a loan-to-value ratio of 60% (making it fairly secure and hence the name was given to the fund).in return, the investor was promised a 14% annual return on his money and, also, that the fund was liquid and would buy your investment back upon request. I invested large sums of money in the fund and I have not been unable to get adequate information from Mssrs. Reddick and Stayner regarding my investment and I have not been able to get a full refund of my investment as promised by these two men.

I invested in the fund based upon Mr. Reddick's personal endorsement and advice and it has turned very sour. I want my money returned to me and would accept any help I could get to get it refunded.

They should not endorse products or services in companies that they cannot guarantee. People rely heavily on their advice and it has tuurned out as promised or advertised.
