Marshall Reddick Seminars
Marshall Reddick: The route to Real Estate Investing disasters

Business & Finance

I can substantiate the rip off report already written on your site about Marshall Reddick Seminars.

We had a similar experience, buying a house in Florida on the promises of "a great investment" and that Marshall Reddick will buy it back if there are any problems. The cost was $234,000.

That was in 2005.in 2007 it was obvious that the purchase we made was very detrimental due to the fact that the builder - Advantage Builders - had taken so long to build the house and the fact that the market had now crashed. Marshall Reddick Seminars had meanwhile taken their commission on the deal.

When we asked Marshall Reddick to honor his promise and buy back the property, he at first refused. Then we complained to the Better Business Bureau. At this point he said he would buy it back. He contracted to do just that. Per the contract he promised to buy the house back within 180 days.

When the 180 days were up, he refused to purchase and we just received a call from his representative saying he is not going to buy back the house at all.

Needless to say our complaint has gone back into the Better Business Bureau and we intend to take further actions to remedy the situation.

But your readers should be award that this company will not keep their word, won't return phonecalls and if things turn bad they will try to avoid taking any responsibility.
