Have To prosecute Fedex for altering my prices once they have now been delivered, though, I'd my prices guaranteed written down. Following a year of my account supervisor informing me it had been solved, they're today harrising me again.

There is 2 components to my contract,

Anything could be charged at course 60, and in a 62% discount.

They changed my tarriffs, after I named about neglect-payment. Nonetheless they didn't inform me, after which following a year of delivery together, stated that it had been not area of the oiginal contract.

And today they're attempting to gather, I usually paid-up-entrance for my delivery price at that time they picked up my deliveries. Today they're attempting to extort even more cash out-of me, by informing me easily do not spend the additional money-they attempted to cost me, they'll fall another area of the discount (62%), which was section of every shippment and obtain much more.

They talked me into making the my additional delivery business who offered my exactly the same tarriffs/savings, by encouraging they'd defeat them by $20-$40 on every cargo, today they're attempting to gather many hundred more on every shippment. I'd haven't quit utilizing the additional delivery organization, had they not provided me these savings...

They're scammers, I do want to prosecute to get a $1,000, 000.00 and perhaps push criminal costs for extortion against them. The fooled me into delivery together, and today wont I would like to breathe with the harrisment. I do not care how large of the business they're, large businesses who encourage confidence, must obtain asses passed to them when attempting to draw crap such as this.
