Scam to Rip You Off

I got a gift certificate from these people so that I could get my taxes prepared for free. (Which is why I went to them.) I ordered the RAL account with them cause it was the fastest and cheapest way to get my money back, well the joke was on me. I got my money in 2 days like they said but they failed to mention everytime you slide that stupid card for debit or credit they card $1.00,

Everytime you take money from an ATM they said it won't charge as long as there's no surcharge, they don't charge that's another lie. (they take $2.00) If you call on the phone to get your balance or a text message of your balance it's $. 50. My advice stick to HR block they did my taxes last year I got my money the same day with now secret fee. These people are terrible.
