Charging money to spend your money

This year i decided to give liberty tax a try. I was very please by the end of the session. I got a really nice return and they offerd a 24 hour service with a option to get my return put on a visa debit card. I got the card that was it. No explanation or brousure with it. They explained the card as a debit card just like the one hrblock has. Iv been using this card for a week buying things using it like a debit. Well i always check reciepts. I signed up tyo have text messages sent to my phone everytime i made a purchase. Come to find out evertime i use this card i was being charged a doller. So instead of paying 232 for a coffee at dunkin donuts i was paying 332. I called the company and they were rude and said i should of signed a terms and condition paper and recieved a brosure.

Then i tried to take all my money off the card. Come to find out they give you a limit of what you can take off. They also charge 20 dollers to take all your money off the card. I called liberty they said they had no idea about this and i was the only one who ever complained. People probally dfont notice as doller bering taken but i did. They also admitted they didnt give me the proper paperwork and explained the card to me. Trying to get my money off this card has been a nightmare today. It seems like they are doing everything the can to keep me from getting all my money off the card without paying them a fortune. Please dont go to liberty tax. I feel helpless because no matter what you say you are wrong and they are right. I think i should be refunded the money i lost fr5om trying to get my income tax off this card..
