Went back to Bank of America and tried again to lower my intrest rate of 21.9 percent. Sed he would look into it. Said we barrowed the money we should pay.in reply said yes we barrowed the money but wasent expecting a 20.9% intrest rate. He just looked smug. He said he would call us. But havent heard a word for 4 days now. Now What? Have no money in reserve. Living on social security. Dont know what to do or where to go for help? Please help. Who can we see? I am afraid I am going to do something despreat.
