Harrassing and demeaning phone calls

I'd been on the payment per month strategy with this specific organization for $228.00 for 6 months, but by January I continued per month to month strategy as my spouse was in danger to get a layoff from his organization. They named me nowadays, March 1 and that I advised Maria Rodriguez that my spouse was let go which his last evening could be March 30. She explained to prevent the crisis which easily believed it had been humorous that I owed the financial institution cash. She was impolite, arrogant, demeaning towards me and hung-up the telephone. I called back and talked to her boss Andy Padilla and he also mentioned that I'd have to spend $3000.00 from the end-of the month or they'd consider appropriate motion and hung-up the telephone.
