Signed us up for plan without our approval

I had been laid off my work march. I'd rx plan that included myself and spouse. We called about obtaining a rx strategy when my program ended. We told the individual we talked with that we didn't need rx program until our rx strategy ended. He took our info. Then we started getting expenses for the program. I named many times towards the 800-number to tell them that people didnot need strategy until my program ended. I ship characters, the 800 brokers were rude and didnot manage the issue propertly. My plan ended in june. Since i have had so much issues with them i did so not need rx strategy thru them. My husband did register and was told everything was good. Their plan would come from july. Send them $160.00 to begin after which it'd be used from his social security check. Then we received a letter saying to send them $322.80, it was for approach since oct. They'd applied the $160.00 towards the plan from 2009. (that people didn't use or subscribe to) today we're afraid they'll remove it of his check. I talked having a kevin? In the 800-number yesterday, he was rude and said he'd cancel my partners strategy and turn the $322.80 to collection agency... We didn't register in oct we didn't use plan and they need us to cover something we never used or registered for. The thing is using the incompelent individual who took our call-in march and signed us, whenever we managed to get clear we'd a rx program and didnt need one until my program ended. Why would we register once we had protection??? Insane isnt the phrase for this.
