Rude, erroneous and/or conflicting information

I approached my charge card organization and was informed the consideration have been offered to IC Methods, Inc. For selections.

I called IC Methods the very first time, and all appeared to move nicely. I had been placed on a cost program.

When the initial cost arrived and was said to be taken from my bank account, it had beennot about the evening they stated it was said to be. Lastly, 3 nights later, they subtracted it. Subsequently 3 times next they named me challenging the cost. I named them back and after talking to them, they in the beginning stated that I had been not on the cost program an n desired to knwo after I might spend. I requested to consult with a boss, and after talking to him it seemed the consideration cost strategy have been suspended for non payment about the evening it had been said to be compensated. I told them then the cash have been in my own checking account and was there today however they hadn't taken it from my bank account. The boss examined even more and returned and explained that it had been mounted and also the cost strategy put-back in position. He explained he'd discovered the cost.

Flash-forward to 1 month later and that I will have gotten a notice from their store (notice I still haven't obtained a document content of the cost strategy place in result). The notice mentioned, that because of low payment, these were currently demanding payment. Again, I requested to consult with a boss so when she arrived on, her title was Lisa, she explained simply to disregard the notice however the cost strategy was still essentially.
