Three Different Balances and Nearly $600 in Insufficient Funds

I have almost 600.00 dollars in insufficient funds. Because of that I can't pay my bills. The balance they have is different from the one in my checkbook and from the toll-free number.

So there are three different balances. Two of them are from the bank, so how do they know what they are doing?

They are a money-hungry bank. Instead of taking from customers like me (with four children, five and under, and my husband the only one who works), can't they ask for help?

I don't understand it. I am in the middle of trying to figure it out, and it is one big mess. I will be switching banks.

But do I just let all the money go? Or can I fight for it, and would it be worth it? I am not the only person I know who is going through this problem with them.

If this is all my fault, then I am sorry for what I said. I will write again and let you know the outcome.
