Bank Holding checks until they bounce! Ripoff

I know exactly what the first report on BB & T was all about. I don't think she meant she was getting charged for every check, I think she meant exactly what's happening to us. We are getting RIPPED OFF by BB&T Bank!

I finally saw this in watching closely for 3 months on our accounts. They hold your checks, debit and anything they can until right the day it bounces.in other words, they are holding our checks and debit purchases until they day they know that we'll go in the hole.

The fees on their covering the checks? How is it humanly possible to charge my husband $35 over a. 50, yes, that's right, over. 50 cents no dollars, just. 50 cents (fifty cents)

I finally caught it that everytime they wanted to finally post our checks, it was when it would cause us to have no money left. We get charged monthly over all of this mess and our now switching banks. We aren't the only ones. You wouldn't believe the research I've done and the people I have spoken with that have said the same thing. And what about many of our information papers, such as our bank account #'s, home address and phone #, Social Security #'s getting " FOUND " because they didn't shred our documents like they were SUPPOSED TO.

Get out of BB&T if you still have any money left, and if you don't have any money left, that's even a better reason.
