Please Call... No Answe

I received a letter at the beginning of February that I needed to immediately call this company to discuss an account I had with chase. At the time I paid it no attention as I was enrolled with a settlement company and I had been paying on it for 3 months previously. I contact the company who I am using to settle my debt and they asked me to fax them the information and they would take care of it.

Since then I have received to message from my parents (whom I have not lived with in 7 years) saying that they keep getting a call from these people telling them I need to call them ASAP and giving me a phone number and an extension to call.

I finally decided to call them to inform them of my settlement that I am undertaking and redirecting their calls to this company... Funny thing, I can NOT get ahold of them. I have called the number that they give and an automated voice states that this is their office and to wait for the next available representative.

Funny, no place to put in an extension like they asked, also after they say wait for representative, the line goes dead. You don't hear anything, no ringing, nothing just silence. I have waited on the line for upwards to 20 minutes before I hang up... I got better things to do then wait on the phone ALL day for this company to answer a call they asked me to return.

My settlement company is sending them letter of attorney and I hope this will cause all calls to cease. I'm really Starting to get irritated.
