Theft... BEWARE!: Unauthorized removal of $500 from my checking account and company will not return funds. Ripoff

This company bullied me into giving them my bank account information and setting up a payment plan. Big mistake. I quickly changed my mind and decided to pay my debt in full for a settlement they gave me in writing.

I paid the settlement in full with one check. I was then shocked to see that they had still debited $500 from my checking account. This never should have occured, was unauthorized by me, and was above and beyond the amount that we agreed to in writing.

I figured this was a simple mistake that be easily remedied by replacing the funds back into my account (after all this time THEY owed me money). However I have received nothing but trouble and unprofessionalism from each and every one of the "people" I have spoken with.

The money was taken from my account on June 26 and one month later today I have yet to get an answer from them.

Bottom line: I am concerned I will never get this money back and tired of dealing with rude and inappropriate people who continue to give me the runaround. Frederick J. Hanna & Associates should be reprimanded for their appalling behavior.
