Unauthorized billing

On 11/4/08 I placed an order with Powerseller for a tv. They instantly charged my consideration on that day, despite the fact that them wasn't delivered.

I repeatedly called them to find out once the product was delivered so when I really could anticipate shipping, however they couldn't tell me. Since I have truly needed a television, on 11/21/08, after again requesting shipping data and never obtaining any, I recommended them to stop the purchase on 11/21/08 (via telephone, e-mail and thru their site).

After I received my Amex statement, on 11/21/08, I named and questioned the 11/4/08 cost from Powerseller, since I have had ended the purchase.

On 11/21/08 I spot a brand new purchase with Television & Computer Sales (billed to my consideration on 11/24/08), and obtained it on 11/26/08.

At this time I had been a happy camper, however, on 12/1/08, a delivery was attempted for a tv, which I refused (I had my tv already). I had beennot sure who'd delivered that, but I thought it may be Powerseller, but that did not create any feeling since I have had ended my purchase together.

They currently are getting me an overall total of $398.79 for termination fee and restock charge!!! Based on Amex, I've to pay for. This really is PHONY!!
