I purchase 2 grohe faucets from their website. I acquired a mail stating it'd consider 30 or even more times for shipping. I delivered 5 differnet e-mails to that they never replied entirely asking issues of why this type of lengthy shipping and requesting their telephone number so we're able to talk about my issues. They never delivered me a telephone number. I ultimately Cnaceled my purchase together, then they delivered a mail stating it had been not ended until they delivered me a conf quantity that they never did. Per week later they billed my AMEX card. I questioned the cost with Amex and found their telephone number 212-260-9620. I claled and talked with Craig whoi stated he'd examine and contact me back. Which was 45 minutes before with no telephone call. Do yourself a favor and go to another organization.
