Over charge on my credit card

@ 4:12pm 02/23/09 I was charged $18.00 on my credit card for a credity report link that I will never recieve information on. But wait, After contacting my credit card company they say I have 18, $1 charges from Credit Diagnosis.com an affiliate of ACS. Go figure... I've contacted the Secret service, lets see how far this gets me?!
