Unauthorized charges

"Credit Diagnosis.com" (an affiliate of Chase Cards I found out) made 3 unauthorized charges to my card after I paid $1 for a credit report. What a scam. They have an 800# that no one answers.
Do not enter their website or sign up for credit diagnosis services!!!
