Still trying to collect after being paid and saying will destroy my sons credit

This fly by night collection agency after getting paid thru our insurance company thru no-fault, i tried to explain to him that this involved a 17 college student who was stopped and rearended on the way home from school and that we were told not to pay any bills since it was thru no-fault, and that i had to call my insurance company to see if it was paid yet. He did not want to hear anything all he wanted to do was insult me, i could easly pay for thi bill, but i was told by the insurance company not to pay, because it would make it harder for them. This jerk named jacob harris, and calls me a no good dead beat low life for not paying this bill of 168.58.

This bill was paid by my insurance company, so i ask how can you tell me you going to ruin my 19 year old sons credit without checking to see if this was paid, he told me its not his job to check to see if it was paid, when i told him i was going to make a complaint to the floridas attorney generals office.

He laughed and said go ahead they are a bunch of idiots, in new york they would be shut down for saying that. But what can you expect from a piece of *. Who does not even have his facts straight. I want to know who i need to speak to on making a formal complaint in flordia to shut this out law collection agency down..
