Countrywide rip offs, and scams
We received notice of modification, even before the President made law, the catch!!!
Yes 5 years lowered payments, after the 5 years Well, all goes even higher than previously had. They force people into agreement, also note* they have you sign paper so you can not file bankruptcy. They only give you 10 days, close the internet site so you can not access your account. They knew what the lawmakers were trying to do and beat them at the punch, BUT with stipulations. No re doing the loan. And a big bend over the table in the end. AND they know you need the loan lowered. The intent is to make more money in the end, they say no charges to the account for this, thats a lie, its in black and white, they charged for this I know.
I wish someone could really stop these people. The are screwing many many loan holders whom have true hardships, and enjoy it.
