Ripoff I can understand its all about business but don't try to stick it to me Countrywide Home Loan

The payment I made on January 14, for $1,710 would have paid for November and December. At that time, I told (a representative from Countrywide Home Loan) that I would be paying January's mortgage with any last charges before the end of January, which would have been January 28th. Obviously, this was acceptable. This would have brought me up to date. My account was still sent to the foreclosure department was because it wasn't paid in a timely matter, which is a bogus excuse. California and Chicago are on two different time zones. I was never told have the payment in there office by a certain time on January 14. Just as I made the payment on the date given, time of payment would not have been a problem, if I had known. (The payment was made on the 14th put the file went to the foreclosure department on the 20th, six days later) I will admit that I have been on reinstatement/repayment a couple of times, but I have managed to make my payments. Believe me, calling to Countrywide Home Loan can turn into a headache at times; because of the wait time on the phone or it seems asthough everyone is bouncing me from person-to-person, or department-to-department stating something different regarding who is handing the file.

Just from reading the (rip-off) usacomplaints.com Countrywide Home Loan is treating their customers unfairly and sending my file to the Foreclosure Department was not Necessary. If you ask me, they find way and reason to attached additional funds to customer accounts. What's really up with Countrywide? It just a matter of time before a class act suit is filed against Countrywide Home Loan.
