I'm another victim of Countrywide and their loan modification program

It looks like I'm not the only one who was approved for a great loan modification by Countrywide.

Since May my mortgage started to adjust on me, because house value going down I had a hard time to refinance the house that is why at the end of year 2007 I asked Countrywide for help.

Everything sounded great, by February I was approved for a "Loan Modification", my negotiator mister Michael Fernandez assured me that my mortgage payment was going to go back to the original interest and stay there for a five years.

I received a paper work, I signed it, certified it and sent it back to the Countrywide before a deadline. My modification was going to start on March 1st. Before than Countrywide did not want to take my payments because that would hurt my modification, they said.

Payment I sent after that date was reported as a late to the credit bureaus. Since then Workout Department never updated my account, my loan is still being adjusted, my last two payments went to escrow as a partial payments,

I keep receiving statements showing totally different numbers than I agreed on my loan modification, and they added $2500 for to my balance as a cost of the modification.

It is killing my credit because they keep reporting me to the credit bureaus and no one in Countrywide is helping me when I call. I have sent so many letters to every address I found and i have not recieve any respond.

Every time I call customer service, representatives give me different answers, and connect me to the different departments, their English is most of the times worse than mine (and I don't work as a customer representative)
If there is anyone who knows what I can do to save the house please let me know before I loose it.
