Why won't suntrust accept my offer?

I simply cannot think this SUNTRUST BANK! I want some information below with this subject. I owe suntrust bank slightly over $4000.00 and that I published for their selection department that I'd prefer to negotiate this debt having a onetime cost of $2000.00 and you know what, they've rejected my demand to simply accept this present. I can not think this. They demand I ought to negotiate whatever i owe entirely. This really is unbeleivable!!! I believe Suntrust bank is truly as much as anything.
