While I was trying to buy a home, I found there was a judgement against me from Fan Distributing. While researching I discovered they were involved in several credit scams. I was never informed of this suit and have not idea what this has to with. It has harmed my credit score and made it impossible for me to buy a house. How can a suit be filed agains me without my knowledge?
