I too sent in for the credit card. I am don't remember how much I spent, I would have to research that. They did however send me a card with a limit of 15000 and several catalogs to order from. It is not an actual credit card, I like to call it a merchandise card because that is all you can purchase with it.

I haven't purchased anything to see whether or not I receive the product but you do have to pay 20% up front for the merchandise, then I guess they put the rest on your card. I did find a number in the catalog for First National but I haven't called it yet.
