First National Credit
Ripoff card!

I received letter in mail for a credit card from first national credit with pre approved limit of $15,000. And a low interest rate. After sending in my $43.00 and waiting a month i received'their gold card along with their merchandise catalog. After finally getting a hold of their customer service dept, which was by going thru the order option, as the other choices would cut you off. Thelady i talked to told me that the letter clearly stated that this card was for merchandise only. As i begged to differ with her, she said she would cancel the card. This was at the end of december and after two followup letters i still haven't seen my refund. Any way you could help in this matter would be appreciated.
