Took $200.00 out of my bank account and sent me a fraud card. I have no phone number to contact anyone except a recording Ripoff

This company called First National Card took $200.00 out of my bank account. Sent me a credit card good only for their merchandise out of their catalog. Which I never recieved. The only phone number I have for them is an 800# that keeps giving you the same recording. Enter your 16 digit card number and your zip code. That's it nothing else is said. They sent me a letter stating that I had a credit limit up to $7,500.00 for any merchandise in their catalog. But I can't even get ahold of anyone to find out what is going on.
