Rip-off $45

I received a application in the mail for a Credit Card from Consumer First. I sent in a $45.00 fee for a $5000.000 Gold card. 30 days past and still no credit card or nothing.

I went looking for a phone number and there was no number, so I looked online and found this site sayig it was a ripoff.
