Ripoff dishonest, fraudulant billing Orange California

In 2003 we took out a loan with Ameriquest Mortgage for 72,500.00 plus over 5,000.00 in finacing fees. Making the loan total 76,500.00, at an annual interest rate of 8.5% for the first 24 months.

September we decided we have had enough.in the 3 years we had paid over 23,000.00 to Ameriquest & still owed them 74,400.00. We receivied a loan with us bank with a fixed interst rate of 5.32%. When we went to pay off Ameriquest we were told the pay off was 77,500.00. I do not know how these crooks did this but we felt at the time we needed to get out of this horrible mess. So us bank paid off ameriquest. If there is an attorney out there I certainly would like meet with then. I have my loan contract, and I know this company needs to be audited and put out of business.
