Ameriquest mortgage has scammed me with my interest rate they had gave me a higher rate than they told me than i had to wait to refinance so they can fix that problem wich led me to penalties such as prepayment appraisals closing cost and so on they have also wrote out a loan on my name for a property that i no longer own and know i am losing my home to ameriquest.
