Included my mother as account use

Our mom had excellent credit all her life. Bank of america thought we would include my mom like a person on my account becuse she desired to simply discuss my bill. Today they've all messed up my moms credit. Bank of AMERICA is just a laugh. Bank of america needs to become bailed from prison in the place of taxpayers allowing the corporation to possess its way with innocent people.
