This company financed the purchase of a motorcycle. After the loan was paid off they failed to return the title. Each attempt to get the title mailed was met with a new excuse, the last attempt was the ultimate. The customer service person had an accent so heavy it was impossible to understand, when I asked to speak with a supervisor he said that was not possible, after I refused to hang up and repeatedly told him that it was not possible that I could NOT speak to a supervisor he finally said he would transfer me. So he connected me a line that said "PLEASE HOLD FOR THE NEXT ESCALLATION SPECIALIST" of course that was two hours ago and I am still listening to the music and hearing the recording... I have them on speaker phone so it will be interesting to see if there really is an esscallation specialist or if this is just a ruse to get us to hang up and go away. Very Very poor company.
