Charging me overdraft fees when money is there in the account

Since8/08 bank of america has been charing me overdraft fees when money is in account. They are making it look like im doing this but its them. They show charges on days it didnt happen, when i take money out now it doesnt show the money thats left, it shows me in the negative. What i print off the internet is not what shows on their end. Ive had enough of this
