Having money in account and still getting overdraft fees making us go negative

Ank of america started charging us multiple overdraft fees when we had money in the bank in turn causing us to go negative leading to more overdraft fees. We only went negative because of the fees in the first place. We called twice to try to get things straightend it but they said there was nothing they could do. We have the bank statements showing it was there fault. They charged us over 200 in fees when it wasn't our fault.
