Cost me over $3000.00. Accussed me of conducting an illegal sale, returned payment to buyer and I lost my money and items

In August from Ebay I purchased 2 Superbowl tickets for my daughter and her husband to use from a ticket broker and paid $4199.00 via paypal. The tickets were to be picked up in Tampa 3 days before the game in February. Because of a death in the family, my daughter was not able to use the tickets so I sold them on Ebay to another ticket broker. The broker paid me via paypal.
A person named Kathy from Paypal called me the day after the sell and told me that she felt that this was a fraudent transaction because I did not have any physical tickets to give the buyer. I told her that the buyer was aware of that and I had signed a document transferring the tickets to him. This Kathy then asked why did I use my paypal account with my daughter's ebay account to conduct the sale and she felt that we were conducting a scam.

This Kathy from paypal said that I could not sell intangible products such as Superbowl tickets to be picked up at the game location. Even though this is exactly how I purchased the tickets in the first place.

Nothing I said to this lady made any difference what-so-ever. Within an hour of our conversation she had reversed the payment and returned the money to the buyer and suspended our ebay account. I called everyone I could and everyone at paypal pretended as if I had told them some enormous lies and refused to admit that they were wrong.

Today I called paypal again and talked to another person who started telling me what I was supposed to have said to this Kathy which gave Kathy the ammunition to cancel my transaction and return the money to the buyer. At that I told the person that in doing that she had allowed my buyer to use these tickets without payment because I could not reverse this transaction once I had signed over the tickets to the other person.

I was told that that was too bad but their decision would stand because I had committed an illegal transaction. I pointed out that this was exactly how I purchased my tickets in the first place and if it was illegal then why did I not get my money back from my purchase. At that the paypal lady started telling all sort of lies that she claimed I had said to the Kathy that had phone me in the first place. I asked how could I have said so much in a 10 minute conversation and that I had nothing to hide.

No matter what I said, Paypal insisted that we had done something wrong and they would NOT reverse their decision and that they stood by their decision to send the money back to the buyer. I am now out of 2 superbowl tickets and also out of over $3000.00 which included a fee that Paypal charged me for the first transaction and again for reversing the transaction.
