Excessive overdraft fees with no help or remorse

Well first off I would like to say that my name is Shawn and I am a victim of theft... Plain and simple. How is it possible that companies are stealing from us right under our noses and we don't even see it? Bank of America has been doing that for MONTHS now and I will not have anymore of it. Actually two instances happened. I was dumb enough to accept a grant offer to only pay for shipping and handling of a cd that would "give me the information to find a grant." All they needed was my check card number and all the information off of it that it is completely secure and they would send me out that cd for only $1.95. Turns out that was way off because the credit card information for that tiny tiny charge was really to get money out of the account. It was like an empty bank with the vault open saying come on it and take it all. For MONTHS this group from network agenda or nwkag or something like that and Las Vegas something or other took $9.95 and $12.95 and such. Now on to what bank of america has anything to do with it.

I have a checking and savings account I make sure there is at least $20.00 so the little bits of money dont eat through that and start over drafting because at bank of america ten cents over is a fee of $35. These companies come in and take my money out of my account and post other payiments to eat my account with and there was nothing left. So after that the actual valid charges come in and I get over drafted for every last one maybe 6 which if you know what six times 35 per over draft fee thats 210.00 BECAUSE of that company that charged all that money and basically chiseled down my wall which basically means came in and took out my $20.00 When I call BoA to explain to them that I corrected them and got the money reversed. Even when I do that they deny it saying they don't have to that. That they dont HAVE to help. How do I get that money back. I am a student I dont make a lot of money I work part time for 7$ an hour do you really think I can afford $210? No... What do I do? I am at a stand still
