Mean, rude, and does not listen at all

These people were so mean to me, I was trying to get my bill resolved because I wanted to make payments but they refused it told me that i couldn't make payments unless I did it over the phone and I couldn't do that over the phone.

They also yelled at me and was telling me that I was needing to pay the bill becuase I didn't pay the client and thats why I am in this mess now, but they would not let me explain girl on phone got rude with me and yelled and talked over me.

Also told me that this is not burger king and that I do not always get my way and I just couldn't believe she had said that to me, and then I talked to a superviser and he was just as bad if not worse to me to go file my taxes to pay my bill or send payment threw westurn union and or bring it up there to his office.

These are just a few problems I had with them, I know that they are not a financial agency that is what the girl said but I figured if they want there money they should work with you not work against you, so in my defense I was harrast by these people and I hope I could get something done about it!!!
