Worst Customer Service Eve

Even thoough there were no ther cars behind us in line, they would not allow me to add another item to my purchase. They explained that it was because of a timer, but yet in prviuos visits I have ben asked to pull forward when my order wasn't ready. The young girl was so rude. A passenger in my vehicle threw a straw paper inside my vehicle while I was driving away, and the burger king emploee yelled out "if that would have hit me I would have come out there and kicked his a$!". I couldn't believe it. I backed up to the window and demanded to speak to the manager. The employee had to be restained and started screaming more, cursing, and just out of control. All the manger said was sorry. I considered calling the police but did'nt want to cause a bigger scene. I am contacting the corporate office. WORST BK I have ver visited.
