The gentleman I talked to was very rude, the lady I talked to was nicer and more respectful

I just wanted to say that i know owe a bill that is about 6 or 7 yrs old and i have made payments on it for a while, well now i have been out of work since may which they seemed to not care about, i have to borrow money just to pay my car insurance and cell phone payment i live with my sister so i dont have any other bills the man i talked to was rude and selfish to me why couldnt they understand if i do not have ajob how can i pay a bill like that it is about $1500 the girl got on the phone and told they would drop it the bill $812 if i pay it by March 25th how am i supposed to get that kind of money if i dont have a income i really dont understand those kind of people the company i owe is ge money bank and their intrest rates are so high it was hard for me to keep up even when i was paying the bill and its only been a few monts since ive been off work is when i quit making payments because i did not have a job but the man i talked was the worst person he was sarcastic and just plain rude he does not need to talk to the people on the phone cause the way he talks to them it will just upset them and he wont get what he wants from them he needs to stay off the phone and let the girl i talked to handle these kind of credits people owe
