Unauthorized billing

I requested an item simply to discover that I'd need to obtain it. I instantly ended the purchase but still was billed for this. I actually named on two distinct times to verify the termination experienced in addition to the charge card company. Then, after I got my statement per month later there is a fee for an item which was obtained. They'll not return my income.
