Unauthorized charge

I examine my balances regular since I have've had my charge card taken this past year (unauthorized buy in Cali at Barnes and Nobles) while I was in Italy. I noticed a cost on my PayPal for DigitalRiver for $58.42 that will be to become billed to my charge card. I tried calling my charge card organization but simply my fortune these were performing maintenance. Ideally they will help me out later. I got an email after I Have completed some digging on which was happening and who the corporation was in regards to a purchase with Share-It! Digital River to get a PasswordsPro application. I investigated it and it is assume to recuperate my missing accounts which simply seems bad in my experience. I e mailed the organization because there is no quantity and immediately after I delivered it I obtain a reaction stating "thanks for buying PasswordsPro". I have submitted a challenge with PayPal... Today I simply delay and find out when they do something. I have never heard about these businesses or created any acquisitions which means this is simply worrying me out. Our bank balances will also be associated with my PayPal so I could shut them to become secure since I have've observed various other individuals have grievances plus some actually had many costs.
